Welcome to Pals Coffee. By using our app and loyalty programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Membership

Membership in the Pals Card loyalty programme is free and open to any individual aged 13 or older. Each person may hold only one account. Membership is non-transferable and has no cash value.

2. Punch Cards

Coffee and Cookie punch cards are issued digitally through this app. Stamps are awarded for qualifying purchases at participating Pals Coffee locations. Stamps cannot be transferred between card types, combined, or redeemed for cash.

3. Rewards Redemption

Completed punch cards entitle the holder to one free item of the corresponding type. Rewards must be redeemed at a Pals Coffee location within 30 days of the card being completed. Pals Coffee reserves the right to verify purchases before honouring any reward.

4. Privacy & Data

We collect your name, phone number, and date of birth solely to operate the loyalty programme. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and you may request its deletion at any time by contacting us through the app.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact us immediately. Pals Coffee will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

6. Changes to the Programme

Pals Coffee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the loyalty programme or any aspect of it at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through the app or other communication channels.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pals Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app or the loyalty programme.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pals Coffee operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through the appropriate local courts.
